BREAKING NEWS: Consumer Inflation Dips in November

The Labor Department reports consumer price inflation dipped 0.3% in November, the biggest drop since December 2008, steeper than the 0.1% expected decline. Excluding the volatile food and energy components, prices rose 0.1%, matching economists' expectations.
