BREAKING NEWS: Wall Street Cheers ECB Stimulus Move

U.S. equity markets are pulsing higher Thursday after the European Central Bank announced its widely-anticipated stimulus program to help boost the eurozone economy. As of 2:45 p.m. ET the Dow Jones Industrial Average traded 206 points, or 1.18% higher to 17761. The S&P 500 added 22 points, or 1.13% to 2055, while the Nasdaq gained 59 points, or 1.28% to 4726.
