BREAKING NEWS: Personal Spending, Income Rise in October

The Commerce Department reports consumer spending rose 0.2% in October, slightly below the 0.3% tick higher expected. Personal income for the month rose 0.2%, also below economists' expectations for a 0.4% increase.
