BREAKING NEWS: Retail Sales Rebound in October

The Commerce Department reports retail sales rose 0.3% in October, beating consensus estimates calling for a 0.2% increase – a rebound from a negative reading the month prior. Excluding the volatile autos segment, sales rose 0.3%, compared to a 0.2% estimate.
