BREAKING NEWS: Home Prices Tick Lower in October from September

Home prices in 20 major metropolitan areas fell 0.1% in October from September on a non-seasonally adjusted basis, falling below expectations for prices to remain unchanged, according to the S&P Case-Shiller home prices index. From the same period the year prior, prices saw a 4.5% increase, beating expectations for 4.4% rise.
