BREAKING NEWS: Facebook Reveals Fourth-Quarter Earnings Beat

The social networking giant unveiled adjusted fourth-quarter profits per share of 54 cents on sales of $3.85 billion. The results came in above analysts' expectations calling for a 49-cent EPS on revenue of $3.78 billion. Facebook shares were flat in after-hours action.
