BREAKING NEWS: U.S. Manufacturing Growth Slows in December

The Institute for Supply Management's gauge of manufacturing growth in the U.S. fell to 55.5 in December, from 58.7 the month prior. The reading came in below Wall Street estimates for 57.6. Readings above 50 point to expansion, while those below indicate contraction.
