THE MEN AND WOMEN of Charlie Hebdo will publish at least 1 million copies of Wednesday's issue, the first since last week's terror attack, and one which will feature a cover image of the Prophet Muhammad drawn by staff cartoonist Renald 'Luz' Luzier.
